Terms & Conditions

Accepting these terms and changes we make to them
These terms form the agreement between you and us whenever you register, deposit or play on this site. By opening an account, or by continuing to use one you already hold, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them.
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes to our games, the payment methods available or the obligations that apply to us. Where a change affects your rights or the way your account works, we will tell you before it takes effect, by e-mail to your registered address or by a notice shown when you next log in. If you do not want to accept a change, you can withdraw your available balance, subject to the checks set out below, and close your account.
Other rules published on this site form part of this agreement, including our privacy policy, the terms of each promotion and the rules of individual games. Where a specific rule covers the same subject as these general terms, the specific rule applies to that subject.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 to open an account or to play. If we find that an account holder is under 18, we will close the account, void any stakes and withhold any winnings; money deposited will be returned.
Who can open an account
- You are 18 or over and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are resident in the United Kingdom and registering in your own name, for your own use.
- You are not using the account for anyone else or for any business purpose.
- You are not self-excluded with us or registered with a national self-exclusion scheme.
One account per person
Each person may hold one account only. If you open more than one, we may close the duplicates and return their remaining balance after the usual checks. Accounts that share an address, device or payment method may be treated as linked and looked at together.
Your details and your login
The details on your account must be accurate and kept up to date, and any payment method you use must be in your own name. Keep your password and security details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else knows your login. Until you do, play carried out with your login is treated as yours.
Verification checks on your account
We hold a gaming licence and are required to know who our customers are. Before your first withdrawal we verify your identity, age and address, and we may repeat or extend these checks at any time while your account is open. We will usually ask for the following documents.
- Photo identification that shows your name and date of birth, such as a passport or a driving licence.
- A recent document that confirms the address on your account, such as a utility bill or a bank statement.
- Proof that a payment method belongs to you, such as a statement or an image of the card showing your name.
Source-of-funds checks
Where the size or pattern of your activity makes it necessary, or where the rules that apply to us require it, we will ask about the source of your funds, such as bank statements or other evidence of income. Documents are handled confidentially, as set out in our privacy policy.
Checks can pause a withdrawal
While a check is open we may hold a withdrawal and limit play on the account. We ask only for what we need and tell you as soon as the check is finished.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Deposits
You can deposit using the methods shown in the cashier when you are logged in, within the minimum and maximum amounts shown there. Funds must be your own, and your account is for play, not for holding or moving money.
Withdrawals
We return withdrawals to the method you deposited with wherever that is possible; where it is not, we pay to another method in your own name. A withdrawal is released once verification is complete and any wagering attached to a bonus has been met. Processing times and withdrawal limits are those shown in the cashier when you make the request.
| Where to look | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| The cashier | Payment methods, minimum and maximum amounts and processing times |
| Your account pages | Your limits, your play history and any pending withdrawal |
| The terms of an offer | Wagering, maximum bet, eligible games and expiry |
Bonuses and promotions
Each offer has its own terms, published with the offer, and they apply alongside these general terms. They normally set out who is eligible, any wagering requirement, the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active, which games count towards wagering and when the offer expires.
Promotions are for genuine play. Where we see duplicate or linked accounts, stakes placed only to clear wagering, or other attempts to gain an advantage against an offer's terms, we may remove the bonus and any winnings from it, withdraw access to future offers and, in serious cases, close the account.
Safer gambling, closing and suspending accounts
Tools in your account
Your account includes deposit limits, loss and session limits, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion, which you can set using the limits shown in your account. A lower limit applies straight away; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from participating online gambling sites in one step.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through live chat or by e-mail to support@casinoluckycarnival.co.uk, and we will return any balance after the usual checks. If your reasons relate to your gambling, a time-out or self-exclusion gives you stronger protection.
When we may suspend or close an account
- You breach these terms or the terms of an offer.
- A verification or source-of-funds check is outstanding.
- There are signs of fraud, collusion, prohibited play or gambling harm.
- You have not logged in for a long period and the account is treated as dormant.
We will tell you what we need and, unless we are prevented from saying, why. Any balance is returned once checks are complete, less amounts you owe us and any bonus funds removed under these terms.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something goes wrong
Contact live chat or e-mail support@casinoluckycarnival.co.uk with your username and what happened. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and reply within a reasonable time, and we will keep you updated if it takes longer.
Independent dispute resolution
If we cannot reach agreement, you can refer the matter free of charge to an independent dispute resolution service; we will tell you who to approach and how when we send our final answer. This does not affect any other rights you have.
Our liability
We provide the site and its games with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of faults. Where a game malfunctions, the affected round is void and stakes are returned. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for interruptions outside our control, or for problems with your own device or connection. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected, and if any part of these terms cannot be applied, the rest continues to apply.
