Betting and Game Rules
From the game library

General rules for every bet
These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us. By placing a bet, spinning a reel or taking a seat at a table, you accept them. Where a game has its own rules, those apply on top of what is set out here.
Play is open to customers aged 18 or over only. We hold a gaming licence for the games we offer and verify the age, identity and payment details of every account holder, which may mean we ask for documents before a withdrawal is paid.
- One account per person. You may hold only one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets placed from them voided.
- Play in your own name. You must place bets yourself, for yourself. Letting another person use your account is not permitted.
- Real money and bonus balance. Where your balance holds both, stakes are taken in the order shown in the cashier and winnings are credited in line with the bonus terms that apply.
- Bets are final once placed. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, whatever the outcome. Check your stake and bet lines before you confirm.
- Stakes and limits. Stakes and payouts are shown in your account currency, within the minimum and maximum limits displayed in each game, and a bet is accepted only if your balance covers it.
Once a round starts, it cannot be reversed
If you are unsure of the stake, the bet lines or the paytable, close the game and look over its rules before playing for real money.
How bets and spins are settled
Every game runs on a game server. The outcome of a round is decided by that server rather than by the screen in front of you, and the result recorded there is final for settlement and payment.
If the display on your device differs from the server record, for example after a graphic fails to load or a tab refreshes, the server record stands and we settle the round accordingly.
- In-game rules and paytables apply. Each game carries its own rules, paytable and bet options in its help screen, and those details govern how winning combinations are formed and paid.
- Return to player. The theoretical return-to-player figure is shown in each game's help screen. It is a long-run average across many thousands of rounds and does not predict any single session.
- Rounding. Where a payout produces a fraction of the smallest unit of your currency, it is rounded as described in the game's rules.
- Clear errors. If a bet is accepted or paid at a stake or payout that is plainly wrong, we may correct the settlement and recover any amount paid in error.
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, the game server or the connection between them does not behave as designed, the affected round is void, any payout from it is cancelled and the stake is returned to your balance.
If you lose your connection part-way through a round, nothing is lost. When you next open the game, an unfinished round either resumes from the point it reached or is settled automatically on the result already recorded on the server, with any winnings credited to your balance.
- Some games settle an incomplete round after a period set in their own rules.
- Do not place the same bet again after a disconnection until you have checked whether the first round was settled.
- Your game history shows each round, the stake and the result, so you can check it before contacting us.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits follow the terms of the promotion they came from, together with our general bonus terms. Where those terms differ from this page, the bonus terms apply to the bonus play.
- Maximum bet. While a wagering requirement is outstanding, a maximum stake per round applies, as shown in the terms of the offer. Rounds above that stake may be void and any winnings removed.
- Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as set out with the offer in your account.
- Restricted play. Low-risk, hedged or equal-margin betting used to clear a wagering requirement without genuine risk is not permitted.
- Expiry. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire at the time stated in the offer, and anything left in the bonus balance is then removed.
Where to find the terms that apply
The full conditions of any active offer, including wagering, maximum stake and eligible games, are shown with that offer in your account. Ask us before you opt in if anything is unclear.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed to your device. The settlement principles above apply, with some additions that come from playing in real time at a physical table.
Dealer decisions and late bets
- The dealer's actions and the table procedure decide the round. Once a card is dealt, a ball comes to rest or a round is confirmed by the table systems, that outcome stands.
- Bets must be placed inside the betting window shown on screen. A bet that arrives after betting closes is not accepted and the stake is returned.
- If a procedural error occurs, such as a misdeal, an exposed card or a spin that does not complete, the affected round may be void and stakes returned.
- A player who disrupts the table or holds up play may have their seat removed, with open bets settled under the table rules.
Each table's own rules
Every table carries a help screen setting out bet types, payouts, side bets and house rules, such as how a tie is handled or when the dealer must draw. Those rules govern play at that table, and seats and limits are allocated as shown in the lobby.
If you disagree with a result
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, tell us as soon as you can and we will look into it against the server records.
Write to support@casinoluckycarnival.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and give us the following details.
- The name of the game or the live table you were playing at the time.
- The date and time of the round, including the time zone you are in.
- The round or transaction reference shown next to that round in your game history.
- Your stake, the result shown on your screen and the result you expected.
- A screenshot or a short description of anything unusual on screen, such as a frozen reel or a missing payout.
We will confirm we have your message, check the server logs and your game history, and explain the outcome in writing. The server record is decisive, and we may hold a disputed amount until the matter is settled. If our answer does not resolve it, our complaints procedure sets out the next steps, including the free dispute resolution service open to you.
Staying in control
You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time, and the limits shown in your account apply as soon as they are confirmed. GamStop lets you exclude yourself from online operators licensed in Great Britain, and free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
